With decades of in-house roofing experience, we are able to carry out a range of testing methods to confirm the integrity of your roof and identify defects to eliminate the guess work when carrying out remedial repairs.

Our services are unique in WA where we are able to offer the complete package from identifying the root cause of the water ingress effectively to completing the remedial repairs ourselves as a temporary solution. We can then provide
a condition survey to offer long term solution via a 10-year plan so you can budget accordingly for your roof replacement. We are the only roofing contractor to merge together all of these services together under one roof.

Rainfall Simulation is usually the first and last service used in leak investigations, and it involves simulating rainfall to confirm whether a leak has been sealed correctly, whilst proving there are no further defects. With rainfall simulation we can finally pinpoint the exact location of the water ingress so we can provide a precise solution.

Rainwater Outlet Testing is another service used leak investigation package, and it involves testing the three weak points in an outlet; the pipework, the connection to the spigot and the interface between the outlet and the waterproofing
membrane.
